  • Account Security: You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account password and for all activities that occur under your account. Notify us immediately if you suspect any unauthorized use of your account.

5. Host and Guest Verification

  • Hosts: All potential hosts must undergo a vetting process, including background checks and interviews. By applying to be a host, you consent to these checks.

  • Guests: All guests are required to verify their identity through a government-issued ID. This is to ensure the safety and security of all participants.

6. Use of the Platform

  • Prohibited Activities: You agree not to use Lecida for any unlawful purpose or engage in any activity that violates these terms. This includes, but is not limited to, harassment, abuse, fraud, and the distribution of inappropriate content.

  • No Dating Intent: Lecida is not a dating service. Users must not use the platform to seek romantic or sexual relationships.

7. Payment and Refund Policy

  • Payment: Payments for dining experiences must be made through the Lecida platform. You agree to pay all charges associated with your use of the services.

  • Refunds: Refunds are available according to our cancellation policy, which is outlined on our website. Cancellations made within the specified time frame will be refunded in full.

8. Safety and Conduct

  • Safety Checks: We conduct thorough background checks on all hosts and verify the identity of guests to ensure a safe environment. However, we cannot guarantee the safety of interactions between users.

  • User Conduct: You agree to conduct yourself respectfully and courteously during all interactions on Lecida. Any behavior deemed inappropriate may result in account suspension or termination.

9. Content and Intellectual Property

  • User Content: By posting content on Lecida, you grant us a non-exclusive, royalty-free, worldwide license to use, display, and distribute such content.

  • Intellectual Property: All content on Lecida, including text, graphics, logos, and software, is the property of Lecida or its licensors and is protected by copyright and other intellectual property laws.
